Podmínky používání
Mobilní aplikace záchranka slouží k rychlému kontaktování Zdravotnické záchranné služby. Po stisknutí nouzového tlačítka je odeslána Vaše přesná poloha a zároveň je vytáčena tísňová linka 155.
Pro možnost odeslat s tísňovým hovorem nouzovou zprávu s Vaší přesnou polohou je nutné registrovat Vaše telefonní číslo mobilního zařízení. Bez registrace není možné odeslat nouzovou zprávu s Vaší přesnou polohou. Záchranná služba je kontaktována standardním způsobem voláním na linku 155.
Zdravotnická záchranná služba má ze zákona povinnost reagovat pouze na tísňová volání. Pro úspěšné přivolání pomoci je tedy vždy po stisknutí nouzového tlačítka nutné vyčkat spojení operátora tísňové linky. Nouzová zpráva slouží jako doplňkový údaj a její odeslání nenahrazuje tísňový hovor.
Obsahem nouzové zprávy je Vaše přesná zeměpisná poloha, jméno a příjmení, stav baterie v mobilním telefonu a další informace zadané v \"Můj Profil\". Potvrzením formuláře při spuštění aplikace souhlasíte se sdílením uvedených informací v případě aktivace tísňové výzvy se Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Záchranná služba garantuje, že uvedená data jsou využita pouze při aktivaci tísňové výzvy a slouží pouze pro správnou identifikaci a lokalizaci pacienta při záchranné akci. Data budou předána a sdílena se třetími stranami (např. Hasičský Záchranný sbor) pouze pro účely záchranné akce.
Odeslání nouzové polohové zprávy je prováděno datovým přenosem či formou SMS zprávy. Datové spojení či odeslání SMS zprávy je účtováno dle Vašeho tarifu.
Aktivací nouzového tlačítka v módu “Testovací režim“ nedochází k vytáčení linky 155. Je vytáčeno testovací telefonní číslo. Délka testovacího hovoru je 30s. Testovací volání je účtováno dle Vašeho tarifu.
Uživatel bere na vědomí, že úspěch záchranné akce je ovlivněn mnoha faktory a délka příjezdu záchranných složek se může v závislosti na místě události a dalších podmínkách měnit.

You can use the Záchranka EMS mobile app to quickly contact the Emergency Medical Services. Pressing the emergency button sends your GPS location and your phone will automatically dial the 155 emergency line.
In order to send an emergency message with your exact location while making an emergency call, you need to register the telephone number of your mobile device. If your phone no. is not registered, it will not send the emergency message. The local EMS department will still be contacted as your phone will automatically dial the 155 emergency line number.
The Emergency Medical Services have a legal obligation to respond only to emergency calls. To make a successful call for help, always wait for your phone to be connected with the emergency operator after pressing the emergency button. The emergency message serves only as additional info and is NOT a substitute for making a distress call.The contents of the emergency message are: your exact geographical location, your name, your mobile phone’s battery status, and any other information specified in \"My Profile\". By tapping ‘accept’, you agree to share the aforementioned information in the event of activating an emergency call to the Emergency Medical Services. EMS guarantee that such data will only be used when the emergency call is activated and only to identify and locate the patient during a rescue attempt. Data will only be transmitted and shared with third parties (e.g. the Fire and Rescue Services) for the purpose of rescue operations.
Sending emergency location messages is done via data transmission or SMS. The data connection or SMS will be charged according to your mobile operator’s tariff.
Activating the emergency button while the app is in test mode will not call the 155 emergency number. Instead it will call the test line. The test call recorded message lasts 30 seconds. Call costs may vary depending on your network provider.
The user acknowledges that the success of the rescue operation is influenced by numerous factors and the length of the arrival time of the Emergency Services may vary depending on the location of the incident and other conditions.
MISUSE OF THIS APPLICATION IS A PUNISHABLE OFFENCE.
